Heading into spring with style, these orchids of sclerophyll woodland can be found flowering over the coming months.
With a preference toward sandier soils, if you are out for a walk, keep an eye out over the coming months for these showy orchids. The flowers are singular, rarely 2+, the white form is the more common variant with the pink occurring less often.
A reliable location for sighting the species is along the Upland Bushwalk track at the Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden.
