Service centres and office locations.

Customer service counters and reception desks in Caloundra, Maroochydore and Nambour will close at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025.

For those needing to visit Council, the Caloundra office will open on 29, 30 and 31 December. On 31 December, the Caloundra office will close at 2.00pm and will reopen on Friday 2 January.

Caloundra Customer Contact counter - relocation

Caloundra's Customer Contact Centre has moved! Visit us on the ground floor of Library+ Caloundra, located at 1 Omrah Avenue.

Council’s Customer Contact counters are open to the public.

Please ensure any documentation that is being submitted is already filled out – BYO pen is preferred.
