Sunshine Coast Basketball Association

Sunshine Coast Basketball Association, the largest basketball association on the Sunshine Coast, was formed in early 2015 with the help of Basketball Queensland and the Sunshine Coast Sports Federation to improve the standard of basketball on the Sunshine Coast. It involves Noosa Cyclones, Suncoast Clippers and Caloundra Heat working together under one banner after years of planning. Member clubs retain their own identities and organisational structures, and SCBA welcomes further clubs to join in the future. SCBA players are involved in representative competitions as the Sunshine Coast Phoenix, and also in SCBA's own inter-club tournament, the Sunshine Coast Basketball League.
