Follow these steps to reset your password:

  • Select Forgot your password?
  • On the Sign in screen; enter your Email Address and select send verification code
  • A verification code is emailed to your email account
  • Enter this code into the Sign up screen and then select Verify and continue. 

You can now set a new password.

If something is missing from your dashboard you can verify again using the relevant reference number.  For example if your dashboard displays details of your dog and your request, however your property and rating details are not displayed, please verify the property details by selecting + Add your property and entering your bank reference number (from your rates notice)

You cannot change property information through MyCouncil. To request changes to your property details you must complete the online support form.

Note the error message and contact council via the online support form.

If you have recently purchased a property it can take up to eight weeks after settlement for council to receive the new ownership details. Please contact your solicitor to confirm the transfer documents were sent to DNRM (Dept. of Natural Resources and Mines).

If you can't see your information then please contact council.

Check in your spam or junk email folder. If you still can’t locate it, select the Send new code option.
