Make sure you activated your registration. After registering, you should have received an email with an activation link. You cannot change property information through MyCouncil. To request changes to your property details you must complete the online support form.

Note the error message and contact council via the online support form.

If you have recently purchased a property it can take up to eight weeks after settlement for council to receive the new ownership details. Please contact your solicitor to confirm the transfer documents were sent to DERM (Dept. of Environment and Resource Management).

If you can't see your information then please contact council.

Check in your spam or junk email folder. If you still can’t locate it, log in with your email address and password. If you get a message that says your account has not been activated, choose the option to resend the activation email.
