Exploring the region on foot is a perfect way to stay healthy and increase your physical exercise. From mountains to the sea, there are over 120 beach, coastal, wetlands and hinterland forest tracks for you to walk while you explore and unwind. There are experiences for families, serious adventurers, for tree people, for bird lovers, by the water, in the hills and for people in wheelchairs or with prams.

Healthy Sunshine Coast encourages people to enjoy the tracks and trails by joining one of the many organised groups and clubs. This is a great way to become involved in new activities in a safe, fun and social way. You'll meet like-minded people and get a good dose of fresh air. There are free and low cost introductory sessions or Come & Try days to get you started.
