Nambour Aquatic Centre - Aqua Aerobics
For adults of all ages, class is low impact, non-weight bearing exercise with a qualified and dedicated instructor and ideal for people returning to exercise after a break. Held in the 50 metre heated lap pool with ramp access. There's also a kiosk to enjoy refreshments after class. Bookings not required.
Thursdays at 9.30am (60 mins)
Cost: $5.00 per class
Payment: cashless or cash on the day

Note: construction of a new Splash Pool is underway and visitors may experience some noise and inconvenience.
Bookings are not required - simply turn up 15 minutes prior to class and sign-in.
Everyone visiting the centre must sign-in using a QR code (remember your phone)

Little Mountain Aquatic Centre - Seniors Aqua Fitness
Part of our Active Seniors program for people over 55, classes are low impact, non-weight bearing exercise with a qualified and dedicated instructor. Held in 25m heated lap pool with ramp access. It's fun and social - enjoy refreshments after class at the One Table Cafe. Bookings not required.
Mondays at 10.30am (30 mins)
Wednesdays at 9.00am (30 mins)
Cost: $5.00 per class
Payment: eftpos or cash on the day
