Important information about attending Free Zumba in the Park

TIME CHANGES: We go back to our usual start time of 5.00pm in Springtime as it remains light towards the end of classes.

What to wear: Loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes you can dance in. Lycra is not required but you are most welcome to wear your workout gear.
Remember to be Sunsafe and bring a water bottle and lots of energy.

Weather: If it is raining or storms forecast (or there has been a large amount of rain earlier in the day) classes will be cancelled as parks get water logged very easily. Watch out for Facebook posts or if you pre-register, look for email and SMS alerts. It may not be possible to provide much notice when weather impacts classes.

Booking:  Regulars will find their name on the weekly class list. If you are new to Zumba in the Park, please register your details the first time you attend. Talk to the instructor if you have any injuries or health issues - always go at your own pace.

Visitors to the region are very welcome. All guests must sign in on the day.
Children: Under 18s are welcome to attend Zumba accompanied by an adult. There's space for prams - young children must be fully supervised.

Remember to  JOIN THE MOVEMENT before attending classes then join our private Facebook Group to stay up to date The Healthy Sunshine Coast Movement.
