Low Cost Mums with Bubs Post Natal Fitness with Alison Simpson

This class is for all the new mums who want to join a weekly post natal exercise class. The class starts with some outdoor cardio and strength training pushing the pram or stroller.  Then the class heads indoors for specific pelvic floor training, body stretching and relaxation - inside the spacious heritage hall. During this part of the class, babies can be placed onto a mat to stretch alongside mum.  After the workout Alison offers 15 minutes of motherhood wellness education and support in a group setting.
