Low Cost Sessions 

Lakeside Stage @ Venue 114 in Kawana/Bokarina

SoFit with Sue Oakman.  A medley of Body Weight only - functional exercises, cardio, core and abs. This 45 minute sessions is suitable for all levels of fitness and adults of any age and held outdoors in the lakeside park behind Venue114.

Wednesday afternoons * Day change from first week of March
Time: 5.15pm – 6.00pm (45 minute session)

Turner Park in Beerwah

X-Train with All in One Fitness. A circuit session in the park, X-train is a 45 minute all over body workout targeting cardio and upper body, lower body and abs suitable for all ages and fitness levels with beginners welcome.

Saturday mornings
Time: 6.30am – 7.15am (45 minute session)
Cost: $5.00 per session

Yandina outdoors at the Soccer Club 

Outdoor circuit training with BodyPepper Fitness. One hour group sessions on the oval suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels with beginners welcome. 

Thursday mornings
Time: 9.30am – 10.30am (60 minute session)
Cost: $5.00 per session

FREE sessions

TAFE group circuit at Mooloolaba Campus 

TAFE Qld and Healthy Sunshine Coast have partnered with the program to deliver free group fitness classes for the community twice a week at the Mooloolaba Campus at Mountain Creek. Sessions are conducted during term times only by Certificate III and IV Diploma of Sports students in their final semester under the supervision of qualified teachers.

Sessions are held outdoors adjacent to TAFE's gymnasium - Degrees of Fitness Gym. You can attend one or both sessions and start at any time during the term.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6.15am – 7.00am
Cost: FREE
Location: Meet outside the gym

Important:  In accordance with Queensland Health and TAFE's CovidSafe plan you must sign in using the QR code upon every visit to TAFE Qld campuses. Remember your phone. Sessions not available to children under 12. Ages 12–18 years require a parent/guardian to attend.

  • Beerwah Community Hall with All in One Fitness - four mornings in the hall.
  • Nambour Gym & Fitness Studio -Tuesday mornings in the gym.
  • Yandina School of Arts Hall with BodyPepper Fitness - Wednesday mornings in the hall.
  • The Range Community Gym (Mapleton) - two mornings and two afternoons in the gym.

How to participate in the program

Remember to JOIN THE MOVEMENT before your first class. 
Connect with each Service Provider and complete any booking, registration and/or health check forms required.
