Choose to Move with Group Fitness - it's great way to stay motivated and work out each week with like-minded people.

There is a range of indoor and outdoor options for people wanting to take part in group exercise classes. Sessions vary in style and are a great introduction for people wanting to try boxing, circuit or boot camp style activities. Class sizes are smaller and you'll have a greater level of support from instructors to meet set and work on your individual goals.  These sessions are also great for older people who want a greater level of challenge than Active Seniors classes allow. Free sessions are held at TAFE during school term times.
