Regular exercise in a group setting is about staying motivated, starting at your own level, going at your own pace and working to achieve your own goals.

New Activities: Group Fitness for over 45s boutique style sessions to help you gain confidence and skills - Baringa Community Centre, Red Face Group Fitness at Bokarina's Village Park, Nambour Showgrounds in the hall and new Indoor Bootcamp Fitness at Coolum Civic Centre. Boxing is back at Venue 114's Lakeside Stage! Weekly post natal Mums with Bubs Group Fitness on Tuesday mornings at Nambour Showgrounds and new Wednesday sessions at Coolum start in May.  Enjoy more free Zumba with new weekly classes at Nambour's Quota Park!

Four simple steps to participate: 1. JOIN - You must JOIN THE MOVEMENT before your first class, a one-time online free registration 2. BROWSE - Once you've joined, browse and select classes to attend 3. CONNECT - Follow instructions and make contact with Service Providers if you need to book 4. ATTEND - Enjoy, then repeat!
