In May and June people have been able to Choose to Move to groove of the music Community Dance workshops.

Get Up & Dance!

People were invited to shimmy, shuffle, twirl, toe tap, boot scoot, bend, dip, twist and step their way to better health in just four weeks with our Community Dance workshops.

Get Up & Dance! Hundreds of people are now enjoying six different workshops at five different locations. You didn't need any previous dance experience because community dance is all about moving your body to the beat of the music, having fun and sharing laughter with others. We encouraged men and women of all ages to step out and into something new to boost your physical and mental health.

Important: Latin American Zumba at Caloundra Indoor Stadium are cancelled and will be rescheduled.

Please note: There are very limited places available in just two of the workshops - Joyful Tibetan and Mega Step. See below on how to book.
If you missed out of this series of workshops, don't worry! We are busy planning more low cost dance activities for you to enjoy in coming months.
