Choose to Move with Active Seniors - Ideal for people over 55, low intensity classes help you to maintain and build your strength, stability and aid better balance and coordination.

Classes are run by qualified and supportive instructors and are enjoyable, fun and very friendly.  You can come with a friend or by yourself and make new friends. Current locations: Beerwah, Mapleton, Yandina, Mooloolah, Little Mountain and Coolum and two venues in both Caloundra and Nambour. New class in Little Mountain adjacent to the aquatic centre and at Coolum Civic Centre. Return of classes to Maroochydore with classes starting at Millwell Road Community Centre in May.

Low cost PrYme Lite. Introduction to exercise targeting cardiovascular, strength and balance. Suits beginners and all fitness levels.

Caloundra Indoor Stadium

Low cost strength and functional movement class in the spacious stadium. From May, welcome new instructor Gaye Becker who will host this class in the same style as you've enjoyed with Jane this year. Perfect for all fitness levels, this is a very social activity with easy parking and on-site cafe for a cuppa after class!

Beerwah Community Hall with All In One Fitness

Variety of low cost classes are held in the hall suitable for all fitness levels. Weekdays with the All In One Fitness Centre team. 

Mondays 8.00am Strength/Movement
Using free weights while building strength and stability. Focus on technique.
Wednesdays 8.00am Yoga/Resistance
Relaxed with slow flowing movement. Focus of centering your breathing. 
Thursdays 8.00am All Rounder
Fun workout. Focus on balance and stability.
Fridays 8.00am Active* NO CLASS Caloundra Show Day 30 May  
Mixture of exercises. Focus targeting strength.

How to participate in the program

Remember to JOIN THE MOVEMENT before your first class.
