March Update - Caloundra classes are back! Choice of two locations and new class in Mooloolah

Choose to move

Classes run by qualified and supportive instructors, are enjoyable, fun and very friendly.  You can come with a friend or by yourself and make new friends. Current locations: Beerwah, Mapleton, Nambour and Yandina with a welcome return of Caloundra classes and a class at Mooloolah starting the first week in March. 

New - Caloundra YMCA starts 2 March

Low cost PrYme Lite. Introduction to exercise targeting cardiovascular, strength and balance. Suits beginners and all fitness levels.

Tuesdays:
11.15am to 12 noon
Cost: $5.00 per class

Low cost strength and functional movement class in the stadium with the team from All in One Fitness. Perfect for all fitness levels. 

Wednesdays: 8.15am to 9.00am* changed time *

Variety of low cost classes are held in the hall suitable for all fitness levels. Weekdays with the All In One Fitness Centre team. 

Mondays 8.00am Strength/Movement
Using free weights while building strength and stability. Focus on technique.
Wednesdays 8.00am Yoga/Resistance
Relaxed with slow flowing movement. Focus of centering your breathing. 
Thursdays 8.00am All Rounder
Fun workout. Focus on balance and stability.
Fridays 8.00am Active
Mixture of exercises. Focus targeting strength.

Cost: $5.00 per class (cash on the day)

How to participate in the program

Remember to JOIN THE MOVEMENT before your first class.
