Healthy Sunshine Coast is a council initiative supporting the health and wellbeing of our community. The program offers free and low cost community activities to encourage people to be more physically active in their daily lives by attending group activities run by local fitness professionals. The program also supports the promotion of a range of activities run by sports and recreation clubs, local community groups and other organisations.

To participate in programmed activities you need to complete a one time, online registration. There is no cost involved and it's simply a way for council to obtain your contact details and other information about you that assist us with planning and running the program. If you are unable to complete the form online or are having difficulties, there are other options including an MS Word document to complete, scan and return or a paper version to complete and return.

When you JOIN THE MOVEMENT you become a 'member' of Healthy Sunshine Coast and you can participate in any of the programmed activities and events. By agreeing to join Healthy Sunshine Coast, you understand and agree to the Participant Terms and Conditions of the program.
