New in February:  Tai Chi in the Botanic Gardens, in Nambour for seniors or afternoon classes for everyone at Kawana. Or try a blend of yoga, balance and meditation beneath the Glass House Mountains.  Community Yoga continues throughout the year along with classes in parks across several locations.
