Low impact classes are designed to get you moving and keep you moving. Group style classes are held in multiple coastal and hinterland locations including community run gyms and local halls or try Aqua Fitness.
New in February: Beginners Tai Chi for seniors in Nambour. Additional Wednesday Aqua Fitness session added to the program. Wednesday Group Fitness continues at Caloundra Indoor Stadium with the larger venue offering a host of other activities to try.
