Learning and continuing to practise mindfulness and meditation daily can assist improvement in sleep, manage anxiety, increase focus and concentration and help gain a more healthy perspective on life.

Our first course sold out so quickly earlier in the year, Healthy Sunshine Coast are offering another opportunity for the community to attend this event at a very affordable and subsidised cost.

Our new Spring course starts mid-October and is being held at the Coolum Civic Centre over 7 weeks. At $65, the course represents excellent value as you build your knowledge and practical skills each week.

Meditation and mindfulness course includes:

  • informative presentations
  • practical/guided instruction
  • group discussion
  • relaxation and meditation periods
  • worksheets and homework exercises

Suitable for adults of all ages. No prior experience required.

Course details

Includes 6 x 90 minute 'classroom' sessions and one community yoga class in location/time of your choice.

Dates: Tuesdays evenings from 15 October - 26 November 2019

Times: 5.30pm to 7.00pm (arrival from 5.15pm)

Location: Main Hall - Coolum Civic Centre (Jack Morgan Park) Coolum Beach
