Learning and continuing to practice mindfulness and meditation daily can assist improvement in sleep, manage anxiety, increase focus and concentration and help gain a more healthy perspective on life. Healthy Sunshine Coast offer opportunities for the community to attend introductory courses and events at a very affordable and subsidised cost.

The next Mindfulness & Meditation Introductory Course is scheduled to start late March.
