Outdoor activities assist you build strength and endurance, feel energised and learn new skills. Sessions offer a variety of benefits including a social and fun environment while approving fitness and ability. Try boxing, circuit, bushwalking and even learn to mountain bike.

Mooloolaba - with TAFE

Term 4 has commenced and you can register and join the sessions at any time.

*Please Note: TAFE classes break for the school holidays. You need to register for each term
Sessions not available to children under 12 years. Ages 12-18 years require Parent/Guardian to attend.

Fitness Challenges  TAFE's 2019 SPF Fitness Challenge is underway so registrations for this event has now closed.

Guided bushwalking

Healthy Sunshine Coast Guided Bush Walks for 2019  have now concluded.

Congratulations to everyone who joined these walks and had the opportunity to explore some of the Sunshine Coast's best walking trails.  We hope you are motivated to enjoy more of the recreational and nature based activities available on the Sunshine Coast. An big thank you to the Sunshine Coast Bushwalking Club for partnering and hosting these walks and a special thank you to the guides who shared their knowledge and expertise.
