In October 2016 council launched an exciting new health and wellbeing initiative called 'Healthy Sunshine Coast'. A series of free or low cost group fitness opportunities made available for Sunshine Coast residents to participate in across the coast.
Below are the activities provided to residents at low cost or free to participate in ($10 or less).
- Activities under Healthy Sunshine Coast are undertaken at the participant's sole risk.
- All liability is with the third party providing the activity - not by council.
- It is recommended you consult your doctor prior to embarking on a fitness program.
Are you interested in providing free or low cost ($10 and less) health and wellbeing services or classes to the Sunshine Coast Community? Register your Expression of Interest to be considered as an activity provider for the program or to promote your free or low cost health and wellbeing class/activity.
