Eudlo Public Hall and Recreation Grounds Assn Inc
Historic Eudlo Hall in Rosebed Street is in the centre of one of the most intact hinterland villages of the Sunshine Coast. One of the earliest railway towns on the North Coast line, it has strong links with the timber and agricultural industries of the 19th and early 20th centuries. The timber Hall is lovingly maintained and insured by volunteers. The Association owns the Hall and 2.3 ha Wominjeka Park, available for hire. In 2016 the kitchen was extensively renovated, toilets re-furbished and access improved, and the hall re-painted inside and out. The Hall committee hosts and supports community events including the Eudlo Musos and concerts, and is a successful Festival of Small Halls venue collaborating with Woodford Folk Festival. The Hall is used by community groups and private hirers (yoga, creative dance, theatre, markets, workshops and weddings). Rates are very reasonable.
