The Companion Card program is designed for people with a disability who have a lifelong need for attendant care support in order to take part in activities and visit venues in the community. A person with a disability can apply for a ‘Companion Card’. It is free of cost. For more information on the card and to obtain an application form, call 13 74 68 or visit www.companioncard.gov.au.
