121 Care Incorporated

In 1992, 121 Care Inc (formerly Quality Lifestyle Alliance) an accredited not-for-profit was initiated by a small group of people with disabilities. The founders had a vision for an organisation that would provide the daily supports need so they could live an independent life. In the years since, the oragnisation has embraced that vision and turned it into a range of support services for people living with disabilities across south-east Queensland including:

· Personal support

· Overnight support

· In-home assistance

· Meal preparation

· Transportation

· Holiday support

· Access to community and social services.

As an accredited NDIS service provider, additional supports are now available for:

· Personal activities

· Life stage transition

· Community participation

· Support coordination

· Accommodation (24/7)
