Request a Burial (Funeral Directors)

Use this form to to request a burial.
An officer will review this application by close of the next business day. They will contact you for more information and provide you with details about your application. If you need an earlier response, phone the cemetery office. A minimum eight (8) hours notice is required for burial bookings.
