The Beerwah Community Hall is at Peachester Road, Beerwah. It is next to Beerwah Library (opposite Woolworths). The Venue is wheelchair friendly, with 5 designated disabled parking spaces. Limited parking is on-site for up to approximately 50 vehicles. There is easy access to the venue from the main entrance and disabled toilet facilities.
The venue is a ‘self-service’ model: the hirer is responsible for the set-up and pack down/cleaning of the venue. Hirers must supply their own cloths and tea towels.
The Beerwah Community Hall is approximately 350m². It has a capacity to seat 350 people theatre style or 200 banquet style. One side of the hall features floor to ceiling glass walls opening onto a large undercover area which extends over a lagoon. The hall has a stage with limited audio and lighting infrastructure. It also has two meeting rooms (either side of stage) with toilet and shower facilities. There is rear access to the stage, via the loading dock, ideal for loading live music equipment. In the hall is a large store room where chairs and tables are available with seating for up to 250 people. These items are available to the hirer at no extra charge.
Not available for exclusive hire. In addition to the hall, there are two small meeting rooms suitable for up to 10 people each. These rooms are not available for exclusive hire.
Kitchen hire of the hall includes use of the adjoining fully operational commercial kitchen.

Adjoining the kitchen is a separate bar area with a glass washer. There are also internal and external serving capabilities all available for hirer use at no extra charge.
Venue Hire Costs
The venue is available to hire for community groups, concerts, dance/sporting classes, meetings and private functions. Cost is dependent on the type of group booking the facility. For pricing information check council's fees and charges.
