Community engagement

Council is undertook a park user survey to allow residents to provide input into the future of the Sippy Downs park network.

Council invited the public to provide feedback on how they use parks to inform the development of a draft Sippy Downs Parks Master Plan.

Users of the parks were asked to share their ideas, feedback received will be used to assess demand, identify key issues and inform future park planning priorities.

You are invited to answer a short survey to assist with gathering information, which is essential to help shape the future of the Sippy Downs park network.

Submissions Closed: 5pm Friday 18 November 2016.

Where to from here

Council officers will review the feedback and use this to guide the development of the draft master plan.

The draft master plan will then be distributed for public feedback and will then be refined for endorsement by council.

Elements from the parks master plan will then be prioritised in a staged program of construction over future years, subject to funding.
