David Liow

David Liow is an exercise physiologist specialising in exercise rehabilitation. He is the co-owner of the Kaizen Institute of Health on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. Dave Liow was the head trainer for the New Zealand Black Sox for two successful World Series campaigns, and NZ hockey and golf for several World Championships, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.  He currently works with a wide range of athletes from professional surfers to elite triathletes based on the Sunshine Coast as well as lecturing internationally on exercise rehabilitation and high performance training to a range of health professionals.
