Introduction to the practise of mindfulness and meditation

Learning and continuing to practise mindfulness and meditation daily can improveme sleep, manage anxiety, increase focus and concentration and help gain a more healthy perspective on life. 

Spring course starts Tuesday 15 October and is being held over 7 weeks - sessions duration 90 minutes.  At $65 per person, the course represents excellent value as you build your knowledge and practical skills each week. Course includes:

  • informative presentations
  • practical/guided instruction
  • group discussion
  • relaxation and meditation periods
  • worksheets and homework exercises.

Suitable for adults of all ages. No prior experience required.
