Girl Guide Park (Picnic Point Park)

Girl Guide Park, also referred to as Picnic Point Park is a popular picnic spot located along the southern bank of the Maroochy River.  The park runs the length of Picnic Point Esplanade off Duporth Avenue and provides boat ramp and trailer parking at the western end. At the Southern end you'll discover a playground. The park provides plenty of picnic tables scattered along the length of the river front park as well as natural shade. There are barbecue facilities at the Northern end and middle of the park. Public amenities are located in the centre for ease of access for everyone. They also provide a ramped toilet for wheeled access.

The park provides off street parking at the Northern end, including a disabled parking bay.
