Forty artists from across Australia are eagerly awaiting the Sunshine Coast Art Prize 2019 winners’ announcements on Thursday, August 29.

Everyone is very welcome to come along to Caloundra Regional Gallery for this special annual event, where the major cash prize of $25,000 will be awarded to one lucky artist.
2019 judge, Alison Kubler had the un-enviable task of selecting the major prize winner, as well as the $5000 Highly Commended winner and Sunshine Coast Art Prize residency winner, from some of Australia’s best known and emerging contemporary artists.
