Tania is the founding director of Gluten Free Grain Free Pty Ltd and Tania Hubbard Pty Ltd and is one of Australia’s leading authors and authorities on gluten and grain-free living. Shehas won multiple awards as a food manufacturer, presenter and educator.
In 2009, Tania founded Australia’s first free-from café, Husk and Honey in Nambour. She sold the business in 2012 to focus on writing, and launching her range of award-winning cake, biscuit and bread mixes.
Winning Sunshine Coast Outstanding Business Woman of the Year in 2012 saw Tania recognised for her work to research and produce nutritionally dense and high quality food. Her first book, Food We Love, is a much-loved gluten and grain free recipe bible.
Tania said her bestselling cookbook was more than just about gluten-free, grain-free cooking.
“It is a story about how to make choices that suit your life, that help you feel better and have you waking up happy every day,” she said.

The literary event, with local nutritionist Cyndi O’Meara as Master of Ceremonies, is part of a series of Sunshine Coast Libraries author talks hosted at various locations across the region.
