Business professionals are invited to join guest speaker Jen Forster, owner and editor of Why Fitness Magazine, at the free Five-O-Five Drinks networking event on Friday, February 6 from 5:05pm at Nambour Civic Centre.

Council’s Nambour Civic Centre hosts the Five-O-Five Drinks networking event on the first Friday of each month. This free monthly event is an opportunity to network with like-minded business people in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

Each month, the Five-O-Five Drinks event focusses on a different theme, and in February the focus will be on your health and keeping your business in peak condition. Special guest speaker Jen Forster is experienced and knowledgeable in all things fitness and will inspire and motivate you with tips from her ‘Seven Secrets for a Healthy Body and Business’.

If you own a small or medium sized business then you know you are your business, and without your health, your business and your income will certainly suffer. In other words, the healthier you are the healthier your business can be.

Continuing on the health theme, Switch Espresso Bar will supply complimentary healthy canap├ęs. Attendees will also be among the first to sample their new range of delicious juices.

Following the event, don’t forget you can stay on and watch a film in the Arthouse Cinema Nambour with the screening of Russell Crowe’s latest masterpiece The Water Diviner at 6:30pm.
