Sunshine Coast Council would like input from local residents and users of Noosa Sound Park into a proposed Landscape Management Plan and upgrades.
The Plan aims to achieve a holistic vision for all users of the park. Council is currently working on the early stages of its development and would now like to hear your ideas and comments for its implementation.
Come along to share your vision and ideas about the park, and to tell us what upgrades you’d like to see included in the park’s improvements.
"I encourage all residents and users of Noosa Sound Park to actively participate in the Landscape Management Plan and Concept Plan," divisional councillor Russell Green said.
"The opportunities for both community and commercial activities in this locality need to be considered and a reasonable balance delivered to meet the needs of all user groups.
"Please take the time to have your say on the survey and I hope you are able to attend the ‘Meet Us In The Park’ event this Sunday, 21 November."
You can also get more information and download questionnaires from the council’s website, or call Paul on 5449 5117.
The questionnaire submissions close on 3 December, and a Concept Plan for the park based on community input will be released in early February.
Where: Noosa Sound Park, Noosa Parade
When: Sunday, 21 November, 10am to noon.
