You know what they say about the early bird and the worm? Or in the case of the 2008 Caloundra Music Festival – the tickets? You have to get in early to get the best prices!
And with the early bird ticket promotion finishing this Sunday (31 August), you have only a few short days to make sure you’re part of the “bargain ticket” crowd that will be kicking back to listen to Aussie music heavyweights Pete Murray, Vanessa Amorosi, Ian Moss, The Whitlams, Lior, Jackson Jackson and Kate Miller Heidke at this year’s Caloundra Music Festival in October.
Festival Director Richie Eyles, said the early bird ticketing promotion has offered audiences, particularly families, a great line-up of entertainment at great prices.
“But, like all good things, this will come to an end on Sunday with close to half of the festival tickets already sold,” Richie said.
“Come Monday morning, the 1st of September, tickets will increase to $99 for a weekend adult pass, so if you’ve been thinking about being a part of one of this region’s biggest contemporary music festivals, you have four days to book your tickets to get in on the discounted prices.”
The festival, which kicks off on Friday 17 October at the Kings Beach, is again promising to be a great family friendly event.
Discounted tickets are available until 31 August - $89 for an adult weekend pass, or $65 for concessions. VIP passes and family passes are also available. For more information visit www.caloundramusicfestival.com
