Arts and culture on the horizon
Immerse yourself in 10 arts-fuelled days of visual art, film, performance, street art, comedy, music and new media by local, national and international artists. Head to horizonfestival.com.au to explore more than 200 events being held across the region, including many in Caloundra, from August 25 – September 3. There is sure to be something for everyone, so select which events suit you best and create your very own program for the festival.

Have your say on community engagement
In September we are hitting the streets of Caloundra to encourage the community to share their views at our Exploring Excellence in Engagement ‘pop-up’ photo booths. Drop by to have your say on what an engaged community means to you and take home a free photograph. Visit council’s website for locations or to complete our short five-minute survey by Tuesday, September 26, 2017. We'd love to see and hear from you!

Meet me at Currimundi
This Friday, August 25, I'll be holding my monthly 'Mobile Office' at Currimundi Marketplace between 9-11am. It's a great opportunity for you to speak with me about any council related issues or find out more about projects happening in your local neighbourhood.
