Black Sorrows headline Nambour ALIVE this Saturday

The Black Sorrows will take to the new town square stage in Nambour from 6.30pm this Saturday to headline the free Nambour ALIVE festival.

The Sorrows will thrill fans as the festival headline act. Described as a ‘nocturnal nirvana’, they’ll play tracks from their new album 4 Days in Sing Sing as well as their classic hits.

The festival starts at 2.30pm with an official opening and then steps into overdrive for a no holds-barred festival that will rock the very heart of Nambour.

  • Live creatures
  • Hip hop dance workshops
  • Face painting and a
  • Jumping castle

Teens will enjoy their very own ‘Chillax Zone’ with coffee lounge, juke box and short films and a youth area with a spray can art show and live radio broadcast.

Over 100 moonlight market stalls will line the streets selling everything from wines and liqueurs to gifts, home wares, beauty and food. A full list of stalls is available on the Nambour ALIVE page at

A French Butler called Smith will close the festival, playing from 8 - 9.30pm.
