As part of Fleet Services continuous improvement process, we are requesting for all new requests for hire of plant and equipment to be submitted in writing using the below form.
To ensure that we are able to meet your requirements, it would be appreciated if you can provide as much notice as possible for bookings and for all requests to be submitted prior to 2.30pm each day.
As part of this process, Fleet Services are also requesting for all cancellations and/or extensions of bookings to also be in writing via email to fleet@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
Please try to include as much information as possible regarding your booking within this form.
Please note: As this arrangement is based on supplier ranking, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific suppliers.
