We are here to support you

Sunshine Coast Council has been working hard behind the scenes with our State and Federal counterparts to gather the relevant information to help keep you up to date and to implement a range of local stimulus and support initiatives to help our economy and community during these difficult times.

We’ve developed a COVID-19 business information and insights page, which we update regularly. Please take a look and bookmark this page in your browser and check back for updates.

We have also been working with Chambers of Commerce and Industry Groups and assessing the ways we can support you to manage the impacts of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We have been talking with local businesses to hear your concerns and we've tailored our economic support programs for the areas we are being told that need it most. One of the most critical areas of need that businesses have identified is access to professional advice across legal, accounting and HR, which is why we launched the Professional Advice Support Program today.

Below, we have some resources to assist, but remember that Council’s Economic Development Branch is here to support business in this challenging period and you can contact our business support officers today.
