Council officers can help not-for-profit community groups develop their project, if required. They can also assist with completing the online application.

Note: Office hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

There are computers at all council libraries that you can use to submit applications online (at no cost).

Applicants should read the funding program guidelines before applying:

When the project is over, applicants must complete an online acquittal form. The acquittal form is to show that the project has been completed. Funding must be acquitted within eight weeks of project completion.
