School-Age Care

Noosa Recreation Facilities, a division of Sunshine Coast Council, provides after-school care and vacation care at two Noosa-based centres: the Noosa Leisure Centre and the Bicentennial Hall at Sunshine Beach.

The service offers a range of experiences for all children, including structured activities and free play time. Experienced staff work to provide an environment that caters for the physical, social and emotional needs of the children in a positive and safe setting.

Services run as follows:

  • after-school care: 2.30 pm to 6 pm during school term
  • before-school care: 7 am to 9 am (Bicentennial Hall only)
  • vacation care: 8 am to 6 pm during school holidays and student-free days (Bicentennial Hall service starts from 7 am).
