Request for Service

Please complete a Request for service online form if you:

have a request for a service (potholes, damaged wheelie bins, tree pruning, reporting graffiti and vandalism, reporting a safety issue on council land etc.)
would like to notify council about a breach of local laws (barking dogs, unsightly property etc.)
need to change your details for anything other than rates purposes (licences, dogs etc.).

You will receive a response within three (3) working days.

Change of address (rates)

To change the address for your rates please complete the Change of address form.

Request for information and general correspondence

If you require information or would like to provide general correspondence to council please complete the Request for information form.

Water and sewerage

For requests regarding water or sewerage, please call council's customer service centre.

Development and building complaints

Contact your local office, as listed below, for development and building complaints in regards to illegal buildings/structures, illegal activities, swimming pools (illegal fencing etc).

Maroochy area: Please complete the Customer request form - development compliance [PDF 43KB]. Council will investigate your request and acknowledge by letter or a phone call in due course.

Caloundra and Noosa areas: Please complete the Request for service online form.
