Fitness studio and classes The Noosa Aquatic Centre offers both pool and studio-based fitness including a fully equipped fitness studio, personal training and aqua aerobics. For a complete fitness package, combine the benefits of the pool with the Noosa Aquatic Centre’s fitness studio. This modern, air-conditioned studio has the latest gym equipment for strength training and cardiovascular fitness, including treadmills, bikes and cross-trainers. The Noosa Aquatic Centre’s fitness studio also has personal trainers available to help you achieve your fitness goals. Train under the careful eye of a motivational personal trainer, either in the fitness studio or in Noosa’s great outdoors. One-hour sessions cost $65 for non-members ($600 for 10 sessions), or $50 for members ($450 for 10 sessions). Bookings and enquiries: Learn to swim The Noosa Aquatic Centre is a Swim Australia accredited swim school, with dedicated and qualified instructors teaching in a caring and safe environment. Children’s learn-to-swim classes suit a wide variety of skill sets and ages, from six months through to advanced school age classes. Learn-to-swim better classes are suitable for beginners, while stroke correction classes are designed for people who can swim short distances, but have difficulty breathing, kicking or completing one lap.
