Environment Levy
The Sunshine Coast’s popularity as a place to live and work has led to greater pressure on the region's biodiversity and natural habitats through increased development and urbanisation.
Recovered as an annual payment of $60 from each property in the region, the Environment Levy allows council and the community to work together to protect the long-term health of the Coast’s natural environment.
