In the interests of reducing paper usage and the effect on the region’s carbon footprint, all council tenders must be accessed and lodged electronically via the Queensland Government eTendering website

Tenders with community engagement
When tendering for a project with a community engagement component, all tenderers must provide a complete community engagement plan that aligns to council's Community Engagement Policy and Community Engagement Framework. Tenderers might also like to refer to the Community Engagement Toolkit for council's current practice in this area. Registration
You will need to be registered with council's tender alert service, and the Queensland Government eTendering website
(in order to make a tender offer).
Note: Please ensure your email address is current for the following reasons:
- Any additional information during the advertising period will be distributed to the email address provided by you on the Queensland Government eTendering website
- If you currently subscribe to council's tender alert service, you will continue to receive notification of publicly advertised tenders.

Council reserves the right to invite Tenderers to change their tenders as per Section 177 of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010.
