Online Payments

Australia Post process the majority of council's online payments. Council is streamlining its online payment services to make it easier for you. You can pay your rates online using Australia Post Billpay and more regional payment options will be available soon.

Rate payments

You can pay your rates online for any area of the Sunshine Coast. To make an online payment via the Australia Post Billpay website, enter the 'Biller ID' from your rates notice in the 'Billpay Code' field. You should then enter the 'Ref' number from your rates notice into the 'Reference No' field.

Continue to pay your rates online or view other rates payment methods.

Limited online payment options are available for the following payments in some local areas:

Infringement payments
Dog licence renewal payments
Sundry debtor payments
Licence renewal payments

Infringement payments (limited, varied online service currently available)

Full online payment options for infringement notices will be available through Australia Post Billpay in the near future.

In the meantime:

if your infringement notice is from the Noosa area you can make an infringement payment online
if your infringement notice and reminder notice is from the Maroochy area and it has a Billpay code and Ref. you can pay it online.
if your infringement notice is from the Caloundra area, you cannot currently make this payment online.

Other payment options are on the back of the infringement notice, or contact council's customer service centre to find out how you can pay your infringement notice.

Dog licence renewal payments

You can pay your dog licence renewal online if you live in the Caloundra or Maroochy area.

You can pay your dog licence renewal online if you live in the Noosa area.

Sundry debtor payments

You can make a sundry debtors payment online if the invoice has a PostBillpay logo and a Billpay code: 2498 (Located on the bottom left hand side of the invoice) for the Maroochy, Noosa and Caloundra area. Refer to the back of the invoice for payment options.

You can make a sundry debtors payment online for the Noosa area if the payment options on the back of the invoice has the following prompt "Select Debtors eCommerce" and doesn't have a PostBillpay logo.

Licence renewal payments

You can make a licence renewal payment online if it is for the Maroochy area.
