Superseded Planning Schemes

A superseded planning scheme is created every time a new planning scheme, or planning scheme amendment, is gazetted.

The old (superseded) planning scheme remains in place for two years. During this period, Council may continue to receive development applications lodged under the provisions of the superseded planning scheme.

  • Caloundra City Planning Scheme 1996  superseded by the Caloundra City Plan 2004 on 29 September 2004.
  • Caloundra City Plan 2004  superseded by Caloundra City Plan (Update 1) in March 2006.
  • Caloundra City Plan 2004 (Update 1) – superseded by Caloundra City Plan (Update 2) in July 2007.

Copies of the 1996 planning scheme is only available from council's Caloundra office
