Draft Amendments Round 3C (Meridan Plains Extractive Resource Area) Council proposes to amend the Caloundra City Plan 2004 with the proposed Draft Amendments (Round 3C), which were on public display from Monday 30 March 2009 to Friday 15 May 2009. The following documents provide a broad overview of the proposed changes.
For further information about the proposed Round 3C Meridan Plains Extractive Resource Area amendments, please contact council's customer service centre. The public submission period for these proposed amendments has been completed. Council will now consider all properly made submissions before finalising the amendments and forwarding them to the State government for approval. The draft amendments were on public display from Monday 8 September to Monday 20 October 2008. These draft amendments were endorsed by council on 13 November 2008 and subsequently referred to the Minister of Infrastructure and Planning for approval.
