Update Animal Details Form
This form is to notify council of changes in details for animals already registered with Sunshine Coast Council.
Animal registration renewal notices are issued in September, with current registrations expiring on 30 September 2012. Enquiries regarding your animals current registration should be forwarded to council by completing the request information online form.
You can notify changes to:
- pensioner details
- desexing
- microchipping
- registration cancellations
- address for your animal.
Change of ownership
To record a change of ownership please complete a new animal registration form. Find out about new animals (cats and dogs) registration.
Please use this form to submit a change in details for one animal only. If you have more than one animal, submit the form and follow the link to return to the pre-filled form. Submitting an update animal details form may alter the renewal fee you are required to pay. Please refer to our current animal fees for the correct payment amount.
